A Pedal-Powered Kustom Kreation!
Dress up your bike, make a crazy costume, invent your own pedal-powered
float or just ride along with the rest of us on our first annual
Cedar Rapids Artbike Tour!
Northeast Iowa's newest non-profit organization, the New
Bohemia Group invites you to take part in a free fun event
for the whole family on September 11th, 2004.
We'll be hosting two events in one day in our SE side neighborhood.
In the morning, we'll have artists standing by and ready to help
parents and kids decorate their bikes and tricycles and we'll
all cheer them on as they ride in the Lil' ArtBike Rodeo. A prize
will be awarded to every lil' cowboy or cowgirl that takes part.
After
the Lil ArtBike Rodeo, adults and families will show up with their
crazy sculpted, decorated or rebuilt bicycles and we'll all take
a leisurely ride up the Cedar River Bike Trail to Hiawatha and
to our
destination, Prairiewoods
