All participants must fill out and submit an entry form before they will be allowed to take part in ArtBike Tour '04 or the Lil' ArtBike Rodeo. Minors must have the signature of a parent or guardian. All children riding in ArtBike Tour '04 must be under the supervison of an adult to be allowed to ride.
